Refund policy

 

• Sex Toys are not returnable for obvious hygiene reasons. That being said, we will work with the guest to make sure they are happy with their purchase. The BEST way to contact me about an issue is to text me at 7755134474. Many of the sex toys we sell DO have a manufacturer's warranty. 
• Returns and exchanges MUST be postmarked within 45 days of the original order date.
• Exchanges are free. Customer pays to return ship and we pay to ship you the new item unless noted in the description.
• If opting for a refund, an $8.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
• You can avoid the return fee if you'll take store credit in the form of a coupon worth the amount you spent + shipping.
• Please email or text us to let us know you're returning an item before you ship it and explain why you're returning it. Items that have been worn, washed, or don't have the original tags are not returnable.
